Hi there, B4a1 is a very common maternal haplogroup... I doubt you will be able to locate any close relatives based merely on this information.. someone with a full match with your mtdna result?might be closer, but we may be talking about a span of a few years to a few hundred years, and that is a long time

I think the posibility you find your?biological parents here is rare. You'd better reach the police of the city you adopted. If your parents are also looking for you, they may have saved their genes in the police' database.
