該分支的高頻率出現(xiàn)在云南拉祜族（33% - 77%，平均52%）、尼科巴群島（50%）、西伯利亞克麥羅沃州肖爾族（41%）和印度阿魯納恰爾邦（31%） .
在臺(tái)灣原住民、哈卡斯人、克特人、漢人（以及幾乎整個(gè)中國(guó)）、龍目島、松巴島、泰國(guó)和越南也有重要的頻率。
其分布頻率較低，延伸至尼泊爾南部的塔魯人和烏拉爾南部的巴什基爾人。
單倍群 F 也在科摩羅群島出現(xiàn)頻率較低（<10%）。
在克羅地亞的赫瓦爾島上也發(fā)現(xiàn)了低頻率 (8.3%)。
